DaBoard is an analytics and research tool. The short version: we store the minimum needed to run your account and your preferences, we run no ad trackers, and we never sell your data. We hold no gambling accounts and process no wagers, so we have no wagering data about you at all.
What we store
- Account: your email address and sign-in timestamps (magic-link sign-in — no passwords).
- Your research: analyses you save (“My Reads”), DFS lineups you build, and — on your device only — the alert rules you configure.
- Preferences: which automated practice bettors you follow, theme settings, saved league rosters.
- Push subscription: if you turn notifications on, the technical endpoint your browser issues us. Turning push off deletes it, and dead endpoints are pruned automatically.
- Attestations: a timestamped record of the eligibility confirmation and terms version you accepted.
- Waitlist: if you join the pre-launch list, the address you typed, when you submitted it, and which page it came from. It is never shared or sold. Unsubscribing stops every future send; ask us and we delete the record outright.
- Billing: your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and renewal date. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles all payment details and is PCI-compliant.
- Operations: ordinary server logs, and crash reports (via Sentry) when error telemetry is enabled — used only to fix bugs.
- Traffic measurement: anonymous, cookieless page-view counts (via Vercel Web Analytics) — which pages are visited and from what referrer. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, and nothing tied to your account.
What we deliberately do not do
- No advertising trackers, no third-party ad cookies, no data brokers.
- No selling or renting personal data — to anyone, ever.
- No location tracking.
- No wagering data: we take no bets and connect to no betting accounts.
- No marketing email. Your account address is used for sign-in links and service issues only. The single exception is the pre-launch waitlist, which you join by typing your address in yourself — that gets exactly one message, on the day checkout opens, with an unsubscribe link in it. No picks, no bets, no digests, no partners, ever.
Where it lives
Account data is stored with Supabase (database and auth) and Stripe (billing), acting as processors for us. Some preferences — alert rules, theme, your device's eligibility confirmation — live only in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.
Retention, export, deletion
Your data stays while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your personal data — email, saved research, follows, push endpoints, consents, waitlist entry — from our systems. You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, any time at support@daboard.app; we act within 30 days. The public fleet record contains no user data and is unaffected.
Age
DaBoard is for adults — 21+ where that threshold governs, otherwise the age of majority in your jurisdiction. We don't knowingly collect data from minors; if you believe a minor has an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes & contact

Plain-English working draft. A lawyer-reviewed version replaces this before scaling to a meaningful subscriber base.
